Software factory enablement

Help your team build a better delivery system.

Assess and guide AI-assisted software delivery, from repository context and task specifications to review and release controls. Introduce agent workflows within your existing engineering process.

Engineering enablement

The system behind the software.

AI-assisted delivery depends on more than coding tools. We help your team connect repository knowledge, execution boundaries, and independent checks. Start by assessing one engineering workflow; use coaching and a scoped proof of concept to validate the operating model.

WHAT THIS SERVICE COVERS

01

Capture the intent

Turn business requirements into a versioned specification with acceptance criteria, system context, and ownership.

02

Coordinate the engineering

Give agents scoped tasks and approved tools. Keep architecture decisions and consequential changes with your engineers.

03

Make quality visible

Connect tests, code review, and release evidence so each change can be evaluated before it reaches users.

ENGAGEMENT OUTPUTS

Something concrete
to build on.

↗Engineering workflow and readiness assessment

↗Agent permissions, review checkpoints, and integration blueprint

↗Pilot findings and a team enablement plan

The scope and deliverables are agreed for your engagement.

A PRACTICAL START

From an agreed task to a verifiable change.

Start with one repository and one recurring type of engineering task. Establish a baseline before expanding.

01

Assess the workflow

Map your current tools, bottlenecks, review practices, and baseline measures. Select one task type for investigation.

02

Design the controls

Agree repository context, agent permissions, evaluation, and engineer approval points.

03

Guide a bounded pilot

Coach your engineers through the pilot or agree a focused integration task. Review the evidence together before expanding.

04

Review adoption

Assess rework, test results, and developer feedback. Recommend the next change and document operating ownership.

ILLUSTRATIVE ENGAGEMENT / NOT A CUSTOMER CASE STUDY

What this can look like in practice.

Developers have coding assistants, but the team still spends substantial effort reviewing changes and repairing failed tests. We assess one task type, define the context and quality checks, and guide a pilot within the existing repository workflow.

BEFORE WE START

What to bring.

  • One repository and a recurring task type
  • Current test, review, and release practices
  • Tool permissions, engineering standards, and a baseline

HOW WE ASSESS PROGRESS

What useful progress looks like.

  • Changes arrive with reviewable evidence
  • Review effort and rework are measured alongside speed
  • Engineers can stop, revise, or reject agent-generated work

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Your questions,
answered.

Is this a self-service software platform?

This is an advisory and enablement service for your engineering team. We can help evaluate the design and scope a pilot. Titanisu does not offer a hosted software-factory subscription.

Can we start with our existing tools?

Yes. Discovery starts with your repositories, issue tracking, CI, and deployment process. We assess the integrations and access requirements before agreeing the first workflow.

Who approves changes and releases?

Your team defines the approval policy. We design checkpoints around risk, with explicit owners for architecture, sensitive actions, and production releases.
